Warranty and after-sales

Warranty
and after-sales.

Every PYRMON leaves the workshop checked part by part. The warranty reflects the same standard we put into the build.

Structural coverage

Term
5 years, for the first owner
Covers
Manufacturing defects, structural problems and carbon delamination under normal use.
Does not cover
Impacts, crashes, abusive use, unauthorised modifications and natural wear of the paint or engravings.
Transferability
Exclusive to the first owner. Non-transferable.

Manufacturer's warranty

Each component is covered directly by its manufacturer under the official terms each brand applies in the European market. We handle the process from the workshop to save you the hassle.

A crash shouldn't leave you without a bike.

If you break the frame by accident within the first 5 years of use, we offer you a replacement frame at a reduced price — a 20% off the RRP of the equivalent model. It includes the workshop assessment and a rebuild with the original components where feasible.

How to claim the warranty

  1. Email us at hola@pyrmonbikes.com with the frame number and a description of the problem.
  2. Initial diagnosis with photos: we'll tell you exactly what we need to see.
  3. If needed, an in-person assessment at the Taradell workshop. We'll arrange collection if you can't come.
  4. Repair, replacement or substitution — depending on the case and the applicable terms.
  5. Follow-up until final delivery and a check of the repaired bike.

Initial response time: 5 working days.

We maintain every bike for life

Servicing, repaints, spares and adjustments at the Taradell workshop are always available, inside and outside the warranty term. We keep the record of every bike and can reproduce original finishes years later. A PYRMON doesn't retire — it gets maintained.
