Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract without having to justify the decision and without penalty, in accordance with the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007).

Product condition: it must be returned unused (beyond reasonable inspection), in the original packaging and with all labels and accessories.
Return shipping costs: borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or does not match what was purchased.
Refund: within 14 days of receiving the product back, using the same payment method used in the purchase.
Exceptions: products customised at the buyer's express request (engravings, made-to-measure finishes) are excluded from withdrawal under art. 103.c of RDL 1/2007.

Defects

If the bike has a defect

Defect found on delivery: we resolve it immediately at the workshop, at no cost.
Defect appearing later: covered by the warranty under normal use.
Order not as expected (wrong size, component different from the one described, incorrect finish): free correction at the workshop.
Damage during transport: we handle it with the carrier's insurer. You only need to photograph the box and the bike on receipt and let us know within 24 hours.

Process

How to request a return or complaint

Write to us at hola@pyrmonbikes.com with the reason, the order number and photos if relevant.
We reply within 48 working hours with the specific instructions.
If applicable, we provide you with a prepaid shipping label or book you an appointment at the Taradell workshop.
Once the product is received or reviewed, we handle the solution (repair, replacement or refund) within the legal deadlines.

You can use this model to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt (annex B of RDL 1/2007). Any other written statement that makes it clear is also valid.
