These terms govern the distance sale of bicycles and accessories handmade at the PYRMON workshop in Taradell. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms, in force at the time of purchase. We recommend reading them and keeping a copy.
The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation. PYRMON keeps the electronic record of each purchase.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe (credit/debit card and equivalent methods). PYRMON does not store or have access to your full card number. The build of the bicycle begins once payment is confirmed.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, under the conditions detailed in the returns policy. Please note that customised bicycles built to the buyer's specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal under art. 103.c of RDL 1/2007.
The products carry the legal and commercial warranty detailed on the warranty page, additional to the rights granted to the consumer by current legislation.
PYRMON is liable for the conformity of the products under consumer law. It is not liable for damage arising from improper use, incorrect maintenance or unauthorised modifications of the bicycle. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to the consumer by law.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If the user is a consumer, the competent courts shall be those of their place of residence. For all other cases, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Vic.
