These terms govern purchases made through pyrmonbikes.com, in compliance with the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007) and the LSSI-CE (Law 34/2002).

2. Object and acceptance

These terms govern the distance sale of bicycles and accessories handmade at the PYRMON workshop in Taradell. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms, in force at the time of purchase. We recommend reading them and keeping a copy.


3. Purchase process

  1. You choose the model and size on the product page and add it to the cart.
  2. At the payment step you enter your details and accept these terms and the returns policy.
  3. You pay securely through Stripe.
  4. You receive the order confirmation by email, with the summary and receipt.
  5. We start building it at the workshop and keep you informed until delivery.

The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation. PYRMON keeps the electronic record of each purchase.


4. Prices and taxes


5. Payment methods

Payment is processed securely through Stripe (credit/debit card and equivalent methods). PYRMON does not store or have access to your full card number. The build of the bicycle begins once payment is confirmed.


6. Manufacture and delivery


7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, under the conditions detailed in the returns policy. Please note that customised bicycles built to the buyer's specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal under art. 103.c of RDL 1/2007.


8. Warranty

The products carry the legal and commercial warranty detailed on the warranty page, additional to the rights granted to the consumer by current legislation.


9. Liability

PYRMON is liable for the conformity of the products under consumer law. It is not liable for damage arising from improper use, incorrect maintenance or unauthorised modifications of the bicycle. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to the consumer by law.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If the user is a consumer, the competent courts shall be those of their place of residence. For all other cases, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Vic.
